This policy covers information submitted through this website, phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and project discussions with our studio. It applies to prospective clients, clients, and other people who contact us about our services.
Personal details, floor plans, and site photographs are treated as private project information. We do not use or share them for unrelated purposes without appropriate authorization.
Information you provide
The information we receive depends on how you contact us and how far a project progresses. It may include:
- your name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method;
- project location, property type, approximate area, service interest, budget range, and preferred consultation time;
- messages, design preferences, timelines, and decisions you share with the studio; and
- project material such as floor plans, measurements, site photographs, references, and specifications when needed for a consultation or an agreed project.
The website does not ask you to create an account or submit payment-card details. Please do not place identity documents, banking details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the project-notes field.
How information is used
We use relevant information to:
- review and respond to an enquiry or consultation request;
- understand scope, prepare design discussions, proposals, BOQs, drawings, renders, specifications, and project updates;
- schedule meetings and communicate about decisions, delivery, installation, handover, and support; and
- maintain reasonable business and project records and protect the website and studio from misuse.
Submitting the consultation form sends the details over the internet through our configured form-processing service. If the online request cannot be confirmed, the form offers a WhatsApp fallback so you can choose whether to contact us that way.
Sharing and project confidentiality
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only when reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver an agreed scope, operate the communication or form tools you choose, comply with a lawful requirement, or protect legitimate rights.
During an active project, relevant drawings or specifications may need to be available to the designers, supervisors, fabricators, installers, vendors, or professional advisers involved in that scope. Access should be limited to what their role requires and is also subject to the applicable project documents.
We will not publish an identifiable client name, private floor plan, or site photograph as promotional project material without authorization. Public social platforms and messaging services have their own privacy practices when you choose to use them.
Storage, retention, and security
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures suited to the information and the stage of the project. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, administer an agreed project or warranty, maintain necessary records, resolve a concern, or meet an applicable obligation. Different project records may therefore have different retention periods.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm, correct, or delete personal information you have provided. We will assess the request against any records that must reasonably be retained for an active project, warranty, dispute, or legal obligation. We may need to verify that the request comes from the relevant person.
You can choose not to use the online form and contact us by phone or email instead. You may also ask us to stop non-essential follow-up messages.
