Using this website
This website introduces the services, process, design direction, and contact channels of Jangam’s Serenity Designs Pvt Ltd. You may browse it and use its enquiry tools for genuine personal or business interior-design enquiries.
Website content is general information, not a final design, engineering instruction, fixed quotation, or promise that a particular product, material, price, or completion date is available for your project. Please do not interfere with the website, submit misleading information, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Enquiries, consultations, and proposals
Sending a form, message, or request does not by itself create a design appointment, professional engagement, or construction contract. A consultation is confirmed only when the studio responds and agrees the date and format.
Service descriptions, price ranges, and typical durations shown online are indicative. A project-specific proposal is prepared after reviewing factors such as site condition, measured area, scope, materials, access, dependencies, and schedule. Any engagement and payment milestones are governed by the documents accepted for that project.
BOQs, renders, specifications, and intellectual property
Original BOQs, drawings, layouts, renders, presentations, specifications, schedules, and design concepts created by the studio are intellectual property and project documents. The applicable proposal or agreement determines what the client may use, when it may be used, and what is handed over.
Unless the project documents expressly permit it, studio work should not be copied, sold, published, altered, or given to another contractor for execution. Client-supplied plans, photographs, and references remain subject to the client’s rights and our Privacy Policy.
Concept visuals and representations
Images identified as “Concept visualisation” illustrate a design mood or category; they are not presented as photographs of a completed client project. Project renders are also interpretive previews. Screen calibration, daylight, fabrication tolerances, natural material variation, and product availability can cause the finished result to differ.
Final execution is based on approved drawings, physical samples, specifications, the BOQ, and documented revisions—not on a website image alone.
Materials, hardware, execution, and warranty
Where an accepted project BOQ specifies IS 710-grade plywood, Häfele hardware, or another named grade or brand, execution should follow that approved specification or a documented alternative. Product availability and manufacturer terms can affect exact selections.
References to a 10-year warranty are subject to the coverage, exclusions, care requirements, responsible party, and start date stated in the signed project documents and warranty certificate. Manufacturer warranties for appliances, hardware, or sanitary products may operate separately.
Site work may also depend on specialist contractors, building permissions, association rules, utility availability, and safe access. The accepted scope identifies which items the studio is responsible for coordinating or supplying.
Timelines, approvals, and changes
Project programmes are based on the agreed scope and assumptions. Client approvals, material lead times, site readiness, building restrictions, access, third-party work, weather, and requested changes may affect sequencing and completion.
Changes to an approved scope, drawing, specification, quantity, or material should be documented. Their cost and time effect must be agreed through the applicable change process before the revised work proceeds wherever practicable.
Client information and site responsibilities
For a productive and safe project, clients should:
- provide accurate ownership, site, measurement, requirement, and contact information;
- identify building, landlord, or association rules and obtain approvals assigned to them in the project documents;
- give decisions and approvals through the agreed communication channel and within the project schedule; and
- maintain safe, authorized access and promptly disclose known structural, electrical, plumbing, moisture, or site hazards.
